Placement of No-Prep Dental Veneers

Placing Dr. Lewis’ no-prep porcelain dental veneers requires two visits to our office in The Woodlands.  During the first visit, Dr. Lewis makes a mold of the teeth and mouth.  Unlike placement of traditional porcelain veneers, anesthesia is usually not necessary, the teeth are not reduced, and temporary veneers are not placed.  Dr. Lewis sends the mold to the dental laboratory that will craft the veneers.  When the G. Lewis Veneers are ready (usually in about a week), patients return to our office for their second visit to have the dental veneers placed.  In this visit, Dr. Lewis bonds the veneers directly to the surface of the tooth, adjusts their fit with the teeth and bite, and buffs them to a shine.  The final result is a luminous new smile that looks and feels indistinguishable from the natural teeth.
